A composition comprising aflibercept produced in a cell culture medium including a chemically defined medium (CDM), wherein said aflibercept includes a variant, wherein said variant comprises a truncation selected from the group consisting of between Asn99 and Thr100 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, between Thr90 and Asn91 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, between Met10 and Tyr11 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, and a combination thereof.
A composition comprising aflibercept produced in a cell culture medium, wherein a chemically defined medium (CDM) is added to said cell culture medium, wherein said aflibercept includes a variant, wherein said variant comprises a truncation selected from the group consisting of between Asn99 and Thr100 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, between Thr90 and Asn91 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, between Met10 and Tyr11 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, and a combination thereof.
A method of producing aflibercept, comprising:
- (a) culturing cells expressing aflibercept in a cell culture medium including a chemically defined medium (CDM);
- and
- (b) harvesting aflibercept produced by said cells, wherein said aflibercept includes a variant, wherein said variant comprises a truncation selected from the group consisting of between Asn99 and Thr100 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, between Thr90 and Asn91 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, between Met10 and Tyr11 of SEQ ID NO:
- 55, and a combination thereof.
A method of producing aflibercept, comprising:
