A prefilled syringe comprising aflibercept produced in a cell culture media including a chemically defined media (CDM), wherein said prefilled syringe comprises about 8 mg/0.07 mL of aflibercept;
- wherein said aflibercept includes oxidized variants that have at least one oxidized amino acid residue selected from the group consisting of tryptophan, histidine, and a combination thereof.
A prefilled syringe comprising aflibercept produced in a cell culture media including a chemically defined media (CDM), wherein said prefilled syringe comprises about 110 mg/mL to about 120 mg/mL of aflibercept, wherein said aflibercept includes oxidized variants that have at least one oxidized amino acid residue selected from the group consisting of tryptophan, histidine, and a combination thereof.
