Abstract
The invention provides a fusion polypeptide of formula (I), wherein: P1, located at the N-terminal end of the polypeptide, represents CTLA-4 or a CD80/CD86-binding fragment thereof; Fc, is an immunoglobulin Fc domain; L is a rigid peptide linker having an amino acid length from 10 to 50 amino acids, the rigid peptide linker being selected from the group selected from: an α-helix linker and a linker including one or more Pro residues; and P2 is PD-L2 or a PD1-binding fragment thereof. The present invention also provides dimers, either heterodimers or homodimers, including the polypeptide of formula (I), as well as pharmaceutical compositions and uses thereof as immunosuppressive agents.
