Provided are cyclic peptidomimetics that can, e.g., antagonize the extracellular domain of EGFR, and methods of use thereof.

A method of treating an EGFR-associated cancer in a subject in need thereof comprising:
- administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound having a structure of Formula (I)
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting cancer metastasis in a subject having an EGFR-associated cancer comprising:
- administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound having a structure of Formula (I)
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A method of inhibiting tumorigenesis in a subject comprising:
- administering to the subject an effective amount of a composition comprising:
- a compound having a structure of Formula (I)
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
