Abstract
The present application provides a novel compound and a preparation method therefor. The compound specifically relates to a cap-dependent nucleic acid PA endonuclease inhibitor and intermediates for preparation of the compound. Further provided are a pharmaceutical composition of the compound, and a use of the compound and the pharmaceutical composition of the compound in treating influenza. The compound is suitable for being prepared into drugs of various dosage forms, and can be widely used for treating seasonal influenza.
