• C1-12 alkyl, C3-12 cycloalkyl, 3- to 14-membered heterocyclyl, C6-14 aryl, 5- to 14-membered heteroaryl, and —C(O)—R11;
• R2 is selected from H, deuterium, and —C(O)—R21 that is unsubstituted or optionally substituted with one, two, or more Rb;
• R3 is selected from H, deuterium, and C1-12 alkyl, C6-14 aryl, and 5- to 14-membered heteroaryl that are unsubstituted or optionally substituted with one, two, or more Rc;
• R11 and R21 are identical or different and are independently selected from C1-12 alkyl, C2-12 alkenyl, C2-12 alkynyl, C3-12 cycloalkyl, 3- to 14-membered heterocyclyl, C6-14 aryl, and 5- to 14-membered heteroaryl;
• each of Ra, Rb, and Rc is identical or different and is independently selected from H, deuterium, halogen, CN, OH, C1-12 alkyl, and C1-12 alkyloxy.
