A compound of Formula I:

• R1 is OC(O)R2, OC(O)OR2, OC(O)NHR2, OC(O)(CH2)1-3SR2, or OC(O)(CH2)1-3S(O)R2;
• R2 is C2-10 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, C2-10 alkyl substituted with two or more hydroxyl groups, C2-10 alkyl substituted with N(CH3)2, any of which is optionally substituted with one or more R3;
• R3 is C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, O-silyl, OC2-10 alkenyl, SC2-10 alkenyl, S(O)C2-10 alkenyl, OC2-10 alkylpolyol, SC2-10 alkylpolyol, S(O)C2-10 alkyl polyol, C1-6 alkylsulfoxide, or (OCH2CH2)nOCH3, where n is from 1 to 200,
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
