Conformationally restricted phenethylamine analogs

A compound of Formula (1):

• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, hydrate, solvate, or isotopic derivative thereof, wherein:
• R1 is H or —OCH3;
• R2 is H, or is taken together with R3 to form a methylenedioxy group;
• R3 is H, Br, Cl, I, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkylthio, or C3-C6 cycloalkylmethyl;
• or R3 is taken together with R2 to form a methylenedioxy group;
• R4 is H, —OCH3, or —CH2CH2OCH3;
• R′ is H or C1-C6 alkyl;
• and
• n is 1 or 2;
• and
• when R3 is H or Br, R4 is not —OCH3;
• and
• when R2 and R3 are taken together to form a methylenedioxy group, and R1 and R4 are both H, R′ is C1-C6 alkyl.
