An aircraft monument may have a deployable workstation. The workstation may be deployable from a storage space between the first and second sidewalls of the monument. The workstation may be deployable in response to longitudinal translation of a front wall of the monument. The workstation may be coupled to the first and second sidewalls of the monument at a first hinge, about which the workstation may rotate from a vertical, stowed position to a horizontal, extended position. The workstation may comprise a plurality of panels. The panels may be foldable such that the workstation has a greater length in the horizontal, extended position than in the vertical, stowed position.
