A convertible all-terrain minibike that includes a frame assembly supporting an engine and a drivetrain configured to transmit rotational power to a rear propulsion system. The convertible all-terrain minibike is selectively configurable between multiple terrain-operating modes through interchangeable components. A front steering assembly is selectively (i.e., removably) mountable as either a front wheel assembly or a front ski assembly, while the rear propulsion system is selectively (i.e., removably) mountable as either a rear wheel assembly or a rear track assembly. The modular configuration enables operation across diverse terrain types including dirt, gravel, mud, sand, snow, and ice. The drivetrain can include a chain-driven or belt-driven system and can further incorporate a centrifugal clutch for automatic engagement. The convertible all-terrain minibike can be provided as a complete vehicle or as a conversion kit including interchangeable components.
