Abstract
A heater control device that performs powering up control of a heater provided to heat an outer face of a vehicle, in which when an outside air temperature around the vehicle is below a reference temperature that is higher than 0 °C, and also an operation signal for a windshield wiper of the vehicle is received continuously for a predetermined reference time that is set in advance, or longer, the heater is powered up.

A heater control device that performs powering up control of a heater provided to heat an outer face of a vehicle, wherein, when an outside air temperature around the vehicle is below a reference temperature that is higher than 0° C, and also an operation signal for a windshield wiper of the vehicle is received continuously for a predetermined reference time that is set in advance, or longer, the heater is powered up.
