A protector (10) is attached to a wire harness (13) disposed in the passenger compartment of a vehicle. The protector (10) comprises: a wire harness accommodation part (21) that accommodates the wire harness (13); and a connection part (22) that is connected to an interior member (15) in the passenger compartment.

A protector that is to be mounted to a wire harness to be disposed within an occupant compartment of a vehicle, comprising:
- a wire harness housing portion configured to house the wire harness;
- and
- a coupling portion configured to be coupled to an interior member in the occupant compartment.
