The wheel securement arm is configured to rotate relative to the wheel tray between a first position and a second position. The ratcheting mechanism couples to the wheel tray and the wheel securement arm and be at least partially disposed in the hub. The ratcheting mechanism is configured to control rotation of the wheel securement arm relative to the wheel tray.
