Method and apparatus according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized for aiming to reach and to improve the goals of “Charging during Driving”, “Charging Every time” and “Never Charge when being Stationary” with the invention Support Apparatus used for the “redistribution method” with the ON-GRID Super Mobile Charging Systems (Super-MCS), the stationary OFF-GRID Super Mobile Charging Systems (Super-MCS), and the driving OFF-GRID Super Mobile Charging Systems (Super-MCS) or for the flexible support provided by Certified Partner Service providers, by the incentive method, and by the possibility of asynchronous transfers of “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” modules, with a flexible reach in underserved remote areas.

Method and apparatus according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized for improving the efficiency, scalability and availability of recharged “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” modules, to be offered within a Driving Circuit to subscribed drivers of “Rd-P-MCS participating compatible EV vehicles”, through high-scale Recharging Stations such as ON-GRID Super Stationary Charging Stations (Super-SCS) and ON-GRID, OFF-GRID stationary and OFF-GRID driving Super Mobile Charging Stations (Super-MCS) which are able to recharge up to dozens (50) or even over one hundred, “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” modules at a time,

• with the flexible support provided by Certified Partner Service providers, by the incentive method, and by the possibility of asynchronous transfers of “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” modules, including the “Light redistributable Rd-P-MCS” module variant, with a flexible mobility reach in underserved remote areas,
• working against the degradation of the invention goals of “Charging during Driving”, “Charging Every time”, “No stationary recharging waiting times”, and “Never Charge when being Stationary”, but not only.

Method and apparatus according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized by reaching the full potential of the invention Performance Goals and by achieving the Subscribers' Performance Plans, as well as by avoiding the degradation of such Performance goals and plans during the operation of the defined Driving Circuit, through the “redistribution method”, using optimization algorithms, including a test framework for performance evaluation which in ideal situations related to available resources is optimal.

Method and apparatus according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized as Payment Method based on open ended rental transactions for the rentable “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” modules without a fixed rental time, based on the “Metering and Billing” feature of the “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” module that allows their rental without the need for a special software and/or distributed database, but also possibly based on the availability of distributed software and databases supporting the rental method of “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” modules, including the “Light redistributable Rd-P-MCS” module variants, with an opened payment transaction when there is a module pick-up and with a closing payment transaction when there is a module drop-off, e.g., the subscribed driver picks-up a new “redistributable Rd-P-MCS” module before the payment transaction is completed.

Method and apparatus according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized for defining and improving the performance algorithms using the novel concept of Dynamic Multi-dimensional Graphs, defined based on Location Grid Graphs with bound and unbound nodes as shown in FIG. 65, which may include a time dimension, whose vertices “move” in time on a predefined virtual vertex grid introduced to service efficiently even the remote areas.

Method and apparatus according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized as necessary to achieve the Business Goals of the invention for creating a commercially viable and scalable Driving Circuit, that optimizes the charging serving waiting times, that optimizes the resources necessary to achieve and to maintain the performance goals for the subscribed drivers and their Rd-P-MCS participating compatible EV vehicles, as described in the disclosure with the following components:

• the subscription method, the redistribution method, the performance method, the rental method, the payment method, the cost method, the order method (the order placement method), the dispatching method, the coverage method, the incentive method, the quality method, the repair method, and the decision-making methods.
