Temperature adjustment system

A temperature adjustment system comprising:

• a battery;
• a first heat medium passage through which a heat medium for performing heat exchange with the battery flows;
• a drive motor driving wheels;
• a second heat medium passage through which the heat medium for performing heat exchange with the drive motor flows;
• a refrigerant passage through which a refrigerant circulates;
• a third heat medium passage through which the heat medium for performing heat exchange with the refrigerant flows;
• and
• one multi-way switching valve performing opening and closing operations with respect to respective inlets and outlets of the first heat medium passage, the second heat medium passage, and the third heat medium passage, wherein
• an electric heater heating the heat medium is disposed at the first heat medium passage upstream of the battery, and
• at a predetermined switching position, the multi-way switching valve causes the first heat medium passage to form a closed loop passage to heat the battery by heat generated by the electric heater, and causes the second heat medium passage and the third heat medium passage to communicate with each other to form a closed loop passage to heat the refrigerant by heat generated by the drive motor.
