An electric work vehicle includes a cooling subsystem. The cooling subsystem includes a radiator to cool temperature conditioning fluid and an expansion tank fluidly coupled to the radiator. The electric work vehicle further includes a heater configured to heat temperature conditioning fluid, a battery subsystem including a battery assembly in fluid communication with the heater and the radiator, and a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) subsystem including a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is disposed in a cab of the vehicle and is in fluid communication with the heater. The electric work vehicle further includes a pump configured to circulate the temperature conditioning fluid through the heater, the battery assembly, the heat exchanger, and the radiator, and a plurality of valves in fluid communication with the heater, the battery assembly, the heat exchanger, the radiator, and the pump.
