The coupling arm is constituted by a separate member from the housing main body and has a distal end portion to which an upper arm is coupled. The fixation mechanism fixes the coupling arm to the housing. The fixation mechanism fixes the coupling arm to the housing main body in multiple fixation positions with different lengths from the housing main body to the distal end portion of the coupling arm.
