Liquid discharge head substrate, liquid discharge head, and liquid discharge apparatus

A liquid discharge head substrate comprising:

• a plurality of liquid discharge elements divided into a plurality of groups;
• a first control signal line connected to driving elements that drive liquid discharge elements included in a first group and a second group of the plurality of groups;
• a second control signal line connected to driving elements that drive liquid discharge elements included in a third group and a fourth group of the plurality of groups;
• a first delay circuit including a first delay element and a second delay element arranged on a path of the first control signal line;
• and
• a second delay circuit including a third delay element and a fourth delay element arranged on a path of the second control signal line,
• wherein an output of the first delay element is supplied to the driving elements that drive the liquid discharge elements included in the first group,
• an output of the second delay element is supplied to the driving elements that drive the liquid discharge elements included in the second group,
• an output of the third delay element is supplied to the driving elements t drive the liquid discharge elements included in the third group,
• an output of the fourth delay element is supplied to the driving elements that drive the liquid discharge elements included in the fourth group,
• a number of liquid discharge elements included in the first group is larger than a number of liquid discharge elements included in the second group,
• a number of liquid discharge elements included in the third group is larger than a number of liquid discharge elements included in the fourth group, and
• the liquid discharge elements included in the first group and the liquid discharge elements included in the third group are arranged at positions where the liquid discharge elements are not driven simultaneously.
