An extrudable fiber composite material containing:
- 25-80% by weight of starch,
- 10-65% by weight of cellulose, and
- at least 1% by weight of water to 100% by weight.
A rod-shaped body or an extruded rod-shaped body containing an extrudable fiber composite material containing:
- starch,
- cellulose, and
- water.
