Silicon-based composite of silicon-based phase composited with metal phases, and preparation method and use thereof

Abstract

A silicon-based composite of a silicon-based phase composited with metal phases is provided, where a silicon-based phase is assembled from silicon-based nanocrystal grains. An outer surface of the silicon-based phase is coated with the metal phases, and the metal phases form a spatial network structure by interconnecting with each other. The silicon-based phase includes a single silicon phase or a S—Ge composite phase. Under the condition that the silicon-based phase is the single silicon phase, the silicon-based nanocrystal grains are silicon nanocrystal grains, and; under the condition that the silicon-based phase is the Si—Ge composite phase, the silicon-based nanocrystal grains are Si—Ge nanocrystal grains. The metal phases each have a melting point lower than a melting point of the silicon-based phase.
