Abstract

Provided are a method for preparing a lithium metal powder and a product thereof, as well as a prepared lithium metal anode and a liquid electrolyte-based lithium ion battery and a solid electrolyte-based lithium ion battery finally assembled. The method for preparing the lithium metal powder includes: mixing a lithium metal raw material and a polymer additive to obtain a mixture, and subjecting the mixture to cryogenic ball milling under an inert gas atmosphere. The polymer additive does not react with the lithium metal raw material, and has a Rockwell hardness of 70 to 110.
