Abstract

This machine can inject metal in molds with different volumes, which are placed in the machine subsequently. In this case, all the materials needed for casting are melted and used at once. First the user must measure the weight of the metal required for each of the molds and enter it in the desired order in the software section of the device. Then the control system informs the user of the total weight of the required items and the user should put the same amount of the desired material for melting into the melting crucible of the machine. The user places the first mold into the machine and the injection operation is started. When the material with specified weight is injected into the mold, the injection operation is automatically stopped by the control system and it is possible to separate the mold and put the second mold in the machine.
