Abstract
A method of manufacturing a treated medium by performing a treatment on a medium may include applying a liquid comprising a resin to the medium, and performing a corona discharge on at least a region of the medium where the liquid has been applied.

A method of manufacturing a treated medium by performing a treatment on a medium, the method comprising:
- applying a liquid comprising a resin to the medium;
- and
- performing a corona discharge on at least a region of the medium where the liquid has been applied.
A manufacturing apparatus configured to manufacture a treated medium by performing a treatment on a medium, the manufacturing apparatus comprising:
- an applier configured to apply a liquid comprising a resin to the medium;
- and
- a discharger configured to perform a corona discharge on at least a region of the medium where the liquid has been applied.
