Abstract
A pigment color-mixing method and tool is provided. In the method, a first lightness value of a target color is obtained, and a first formulated pigment is prepared based on black pigment and white pigment according to a preset ratio corresponding to the first lightness value, wherein the lightness of the first formulated pigment is the first lightness value. A second formulated pigment is prepared based on base hue pigments, wherein the lightness of the second formulated pigment is the first lightness value and the hue of the second formulated pigment is the hue of the target color. The first formulated pigment and the second formulated pigment are mixed to obtain a final formulated pigment.
Claims10
A method for color mixing of pigments, comprising:
- obtaining a first lightness value of at least one target color;
- based on black pigment and white pigment, and according to a preset ratio corresponding to the first lightness value, preparing the first formulated pigment, wherein the lightness of the first formulated pigment is equal to the first lightness value;
- based on base hue pigments, preparing a second formulated pigment, wherein the lightness of the second formulated pigment is equal to the first lightness value, and the hue of the second formulated pigment is the hue of the at least one target color;
- and
- mixing the first and second formulated pigments to obtain the final formulated pigment.
