Securement devices, assemblies, and kits for vascular access devices and associated extension sets

A kit for securing a multi-lumen access device to a patient, comprising:

• a multi-lumen access device comprising a multi-lumen catheter comprising a distal end configured for insertion to vasculature of a patient, an adapter connected to a proximal end of the multi-lumen catheter, multiple extension tubes extending proximally from the adapter, and connectors at proximal ends of the extension tubes;
• at least one adapter securement device comprising an adhesive base and an adapter receptor connected to the base configured to removably engage the adapter of the multi-lumen access device;
• and
• at least one lumen securement device comprising an adhesive base, wherein the at least one lumen securement device is configured to removably receive the multiple extension tubes of the multi-lumen access device for securing the extension tubes of the multi-lumen access device to the adhesive base of the at least one lumen securement device.
