Abstract
The invention relates to a patient interface providing for flow of pressurised air from a connection port to a seal-forming structure around the patient's airways. The patient interface includes a plenum chamber and a seal-forming structure, wherein the seal-forming structure is mounted to a flange provided to the plenum chamber and is at least partially formed by a textile layer. The plenum chamber includes a cutout, which in use corresponds to at least the nose bridge region of the patient's face, wherein the textile layer of the seal-forming structure covers the cutout.

A patient interface constructed and arranged to form a seal with a region of a patient's face, including a nose bridge region, and surrounding an entrance to the patient's airways, the patient interface including:
- a plenum chamber, wherein the plenum chamber comprises a chassis having a perimeter and wherein a posterior/interior side of the chassis defines an air chamber, and wherein a portion of the perimeter is configured with a flange;
- a seal-forming structure, wherein the seal-forming structure includes a foam layer, wherein the foam layer has an anterior side and a posterior side, and wherein the anterior side is bonded or otherwise secured to the patient-contacting side of the flange of the chassis,
- the seal-forming structure also including a textile layer, wherein the textile layer has a patient-contacting surface and a non-patient contacting surface, and wherein the bonding surface of the textile layer is bonded or otherwise secured to the patient-contacting side of the foam layer such that, in use, the patient-contacting surface contacts a patient's face;
- and
- wherein the perimeter of the chassis includes a cut out, which in use, corresponds to the nose bridge region of the patient's face.
