Ordered collagen scaffold material, preparation method therefor, and use thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure provides an ordered collagen scaffold material, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The preparation method includes: subjecting a mammalian fascia tissue to a combination treatment of electrical pulse stimulation and ultrasound stimulation; soaking with an alkaline solution; soaking in an organic solution for a preliminary degreasing treatment, and then performing a secondary degreasing treatment with supercritical carbon dioxide; performing a cross-linking treatment with a chemical cross-linking agent; fixing and molding; and lyophilizing to obtain the ordered collagen scaffold material. The product prepared by the preparation method has an ordered parallel arrangement of collagen fiber structure, which retains the nerve cell adhesion ability and nerve fiber extension ability of collagen, and removes the residue of organic substances and reagents in the product, so as to induce the effective regeneration of the nervous tissue after spinal cord injury.
