Abstract
The present disclosure provides an anti-ALK7 receptor antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof for use in prevention and/or treatment of overweight, obesity, and/or diabetes in combination with a second biological active agent, such as a GLP-1 receptor agonist, e.g., a GLP-1 receptor-amylin receptor agonist; anti-GIP receptor antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof, and/or an anti-ActRII antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof.
Claims20
A method of treating overweight, obesity, and/or diabetes, comprising administering an anti-ALK7 receptor antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof in combination with a second biological active agent, wherein the second biological agent comprises a GLP-1 receptor agonist.
A method of treating overweight, obesity, and/or diabetes, comprising administering an anti-ALK7 receptor antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof in combination with a second biological active agent, wherein the second biological agent comprises a GLP-1 receptor agonist, wherein the anti-ALK7 receptor antibody or antigen binding fragment comprises a heavy chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 99 and a light chain comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 100, wherein the second biological is:
- (a) GLP-1 receptor agonist comprises the following structure (Formula II):
- wherein the amino acid sequence is SEQ ID NO:
- 2, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- or
- (b) a GLP-1 receptor-amylin receptor agonist comprises the following structure (formula V)
- wherein the amino acid sequence is SEQ ID NO:
- 3, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
