Claims24
A method of treating peanut allergy in a subject comprising administering to the subject tolerizing immune modifying particles encapsulating peanut proteins (TIMP-PPE), alone or in combination with one or more therapeutics, wherein TIMP-PPE is administered at a dose level of between about 0.001 mg/kg and 12 mg/kg.
The method of any one of the preceding claims, wherein TIMP-PPE
- i) is administered at a concentration of between about 0.0005 mg/mL and about 50 mg/mL,
- ii) is administered at a dose level of about 0.001 mg/kg, 0.0025 mg/kg, 0.005 mg/kg, 0.01 mg/kg, 0.025 mg/kg, 0.05 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg, 0.25 mg/kg, 0.5 mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg, 2.0 mg/kg, 4.0 mg/kg, 6 mg/kg, 8.0 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg, or 12 ma/kg;
