Abstract
In the present disclosure, lifting agents are provided with different therapeutic agents to deliver different therapies. These therapies include chemotherapy, healing promotion, nutritional benefits, and combinations of the same. In some instance, the lifting agent comprises a fluid composition that contains water, at least one biocompatible polymer, and at least one therapeutic agent selected from at least one antitumor agent, at least one wound healing agent, at least one nutritional supplement, and combinations thereof.

A lifting agent comprising a fluid composition that contains water, at least one biocompatible polymer, and at least one therapeutic agent selected from at least one antitumor agent, at least one wound healing agent, at least one nutritional supplement, and combinations thereof.
A kit comprising a delivery device and a fluid composition that contains water, at least one biocompatible polymer, and at least one therapeutic agent selected from at least one antitumor agent, at least one wound healing agent, at least one nutritional supplement, and combinations thereof.
A procedure comprising injecting a fluid composition through a needle into a target treatment site between an upper mucosal layer and a lower layer such that the upper mucosal layer is separated and elevated from the lower layer, and removing tissue raised by the fluid composition, the fluid composition comprising water, at least one biocompatible polymer, and at least one therapeutic agent selected from at least one antitumor agent, at least one wound healing agent, at least one nutritional supplement, and combinations thereof.
