Abstract
The present invention relates to formulations of ADAMTS 13 with enhanced or desirable properties. As such, the invention provides liquid and lyophilized formulations of ADAMTS 13 that are suitable for pharmaceutical administration. Among other aspects, the present invention also provides methods of treating various diseases and conditions related to VWF and/or ADAMTS13 dysfunction in a subject. Also provided herein are kits comprising ADAMTS 13 formulations useful for the treatment of various diseases and conditions.

A stabilized aqueous formulation of ADAMTS13, comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is present and in an amount less than about 100 mM.
A lyophilized formulation of ADAMTS13, wherein the formulation is lyophilized from an aqueous formulation comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt is present in said aqueous formulation and in an amount less than about 100 mM.
