A method for reducing cell viability in a population cells comprising cancer cells, the method comprising:
- contacting a population of cells comprising cancer cells with Thiostrepton (TS) and Vitamin E-TPGS, under conditions and for a period of time sufficient for a statistically significant reduction in viability in a plurality of the cancer cells.
