Provided herein are compositions for use as dietary supplements. The disclosed dietary supplements comprise essentially natural ingredients, one or more of which promote healthy weight management and metabolic wellness.

A dietary supplement comprising:
- Hibiscus sabdariffa (rosella) flower extract;
- Lippia citriodora (lemon verbena) leaf extract;
- Cissus quadrangularis whole plant extract;
- a polyphenol blend;
- and
- at least one excipient.

A method of managing weight and/or improving metabolic health in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject a dietary supplement comprising:
- one or more sources of anthocyanins;
