Abstract
A novel topical cream comprising Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), microbial chondroitin sulfate to enhance GABA's effect, and fermented probiotic microorganisms, formulated with a delivery system and excipients, along with the methods for its manufacture are disclosed. This topical cream exhibit ability to provide relief from anxiety, improve sleep quality, enhance cognitive functions, and alleviate joint, muscle, and post-traumatic pain.

- Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA);
- Microbial chondroitin sulfate;
- A blend of fermented probiotic microorganisms including Lactobacillus ferment, Streptococcus thermophilus ferment, Saccharomyces ferment, and Bifidobacterium;
- Phosphatidylcholine;
- Propanediol;
- Dehydroacetic acid;
- Benzoic acid;
- Benzyl alcohol;
- Tocopherol;
- Glyceryl citrate/lactate/linoleate/oleate;
- Water;
- and A vegetable blend comprising Castor Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Ouricury Wax, Rapeseed Oil, Olive Oil, Cottonseed Oil, and Stearic Acid.
