Abstract
Disclosed herein are methods of treating diseases and disorders associated with FoxP3 expression by administering the disclosed compounds. The inventors discovered that several electrophilic compounds are specific degraders of FoxP3. Also disclosed are methods of inducing degradation of FoxP3 in a cell comprising contacting the cell with the disclosed compounds.
