Compound of Formula (I), or salts derived thereof, wherein OAc is an acetyloxy group and R is OH, H or OAc,
- for use in the prevention and/or treatment of a disease selected from the group comprising:
- osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, pseudogout, heterotopic ossification, menstrual pain, atopic dermatitis, fibrodysplasia ossificans progressive (FOP), fever, tumour necrosis factor receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRAPS), hyperimmunoglobulin D syndrome (HIDS), mevalonate kinase deficiency (MKD), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, sepsis, familial Mediterranean fever (FMF), septic arthritis, reactive arthritis, adult Still's disease, systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis, COVID-19, cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes (CAPS), gouty arthritis, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), traumatic brain injury (TBI), neuroinflammation, influenza A virus (IAV) infection, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection, dengue infection, Ebola virus disease or Chlamydia infection, insulin resistance, retinopathy, fatty liver disease or hypertension.
Pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula (I), or salts derived thereof, wherein OAc is an acetyloxy group and R is OH, H or OAc, and, optionally, excipients or carriers pharmaceutically acceptable, for use in the prevention and/or treatment of a disease selected from the group comprising:
