A moisture-proof acetyl L-carnitine or hydrochloride thereof, wherein the moisture-proof acetyl L-carnitine or hydrochloride thereof comprises, by weight, not less than 10% of acetyl L-carnitine, hydrochloride thereof, or the mixture of both.
