Foaming cleansing composition with long chain surfactant system

19) A foaming cleansing composition, comprising:

• a) a blend of surfactants comprising:
• i) cocoamidopropyl hydroxysultaine in a range from about 3% to about 7%;
• and
• ii) a combination of at least two anionic surfactants, including sodium methyl cocoyl taurate present from about 0.1% to about 1.5%, and sodium cocoyl sarcosinate present in an amount from about 1.8% to about 10%;
• and
• b) water,
• all amounts by weight, based on the weight of the composition,
• wherein the composition demonstrates long-term stability at elevated temperatures, remaining visibly clear with stable viscosity, antimicrobial resistance, and resistance to cloudiness and sedimentation at ambient and high temperatures.

20) A foaming cleansing composition, comprising:

• a) a blend of surfactants comprising:
• i) a combination of at least two amphoteric surfactants, including cocoamidopropyl hydroxysultaine and coco betaine, present in a total amount of about 8% by weight;
• and
• ii) a combination of at least two anionic surfactants, comprising sodium methyl cocoyl taurate and at least one of sodium cocoyl sarcosinate or sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, each present in an amount of at least 1.8% by weight or 1.9% by weight, respectively;
• and
• b) water present in a range from about 40% to about 90%, by weight, based on the weight of the foaming cleansing composition;
• c) one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting ceramide EOP, ceramide NP, ceramide AP, caprylyl glycol, phenoxyethanol, PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, carbomer, xanthan gum, propanediol, tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, sodium benzoate, phytosphingosine, glycerin, cholesterol, benzoic acid, sodium chloride, water, citric acid, triethyl citrate, sodium hyaluronate, niacinamide, and combinations thereof;
• wherein the composition demonstrates foaming, viscosity, and solubility stability at ambient and elevated temperatures, and antimicrobial activity against C. acnes, S. aureus, and S. epidermidis, and wherein, if present, PEG-150 pentaerythrityl tetrastearate is present in an amount that is less than 1%,
• all amounts by weight, based on the weight of the composition.
