Method of manufacturing an aerosol antiperspirant product

A method of making an antiperspirant composition, the method comprising:

• a. combining a first group of components comprising an antiperspirant active, a hydrophobically-modified clay, an anhydrous solvent, and a clay activator in a stream;
• b. transferring the stream through an apparatus for mixing liquids by producing shear and cavitation, said apparatus comprising:
• i. a mixing chamber, said mixing chamber comprising an entrance, at least one inlet, and an outlet;
• and
• ii. an element with an orifice therein, said element being located adjacent the entrance of said mixing chamber, wherein said orifice is configured to produce shear or cavitation in the second stream,
• wherein the pressure at the orifice is greater than 500 psig;
• wherein the apparatus increases the viscosity of the stream forming the antiperspirant neuter;
• c. adding one or more late product differentiation materials to form the antiperspirant composition.
