Abstract

A production method of an oil dispersion includes: a step (1) of adding a component (A) gradually to a mixture in which a component (C) is dissolved or dispersed in a component (B) while heating the mixture oil at a temperature of 40° C. to 120° C., and a step (2) of further mixing a dispersion to which a total amount of the component (A) is added at a temperature of 40° C. to 120° C. The component (A) is inorganic oxide powder that is not surface-hydrophobized, the component (B) is silicone oil, and the component (C) is at least one compound selected from silicone compounds, organic silicon compounds, organic titanate compounds, and higher fatty acids.
