A wall-mounted wellness system comprising: one or more module interface panels, a track system secured to each of the one or more module interface panels, and a plurality of interchangeable therapeutic modules. Each module interface panel of the one or more module interface panels is securable to a wall. The track system includes a plurality of T-tracks and each T-Track of the plurality of T-Tracks includes a T-Slot. The plurality of interchangeable therapeutic modules are positionable along the T-slots of the plurality of T-tracks. Each interchangeable therapeutic module of the plurality of interchangeable therapeutic modules is configured to be slidably adjustable along a length of at least one T-Track of the plurality of T-Tracks such that each interchangeable therapeutic module of the plurality of interchangeable therapeutic modules provides continuous positional adjustment.
