Abstract
A foldable ramp for wheelchair access to a passenger car rear door, comprising a platform configurable in a plurality of positions including an entry position wherein the platform is folded out of the passenger car to allow wheelchair access to the passenger car, a transport position wherein the platform is arranged in the passenger car in an upright position, and a passive position wherein the platform is arranged in the passenger car in a lying position, a load measurement arrangement comprising a deformation element elastically deformable when the platform is loaded, and a sensor indirectly measuring the load by detecting, the elastic deformation of the deformation element.

A foldable ramp for wheelchair access to a passenger car, the foldable ramp comprising:
- a platform configurable in a plurality of positions including an entry position wherein the platform is folded out of the passenger car to allow wheelchair access to the passenger car, a transport position wherein the platform is arranged in the passenger car in an upright position, and a passive position wherein the platform is arranged in the passenger car in a lying position;
- a measuring arrangement comprising a deformation element elastically deformable in at least one status selected from a load of the platform or an uneven ground on which the passenger car is standing;
- and
- a sensor configured to indirectly measure the at least one status by detecting an elastic deformation of the deformation element.
