Interbody spinal implants

A method comprising:

• positioning a spinal interbody spacer using a spinal interbody implant inserter comprising a spinal interbody implant connector and a depth stop while the interbody implant connector is connected to the interbody spacer and while the depth stop is connected to the interbody implant connector;
• after the positioning of the interbody spacer, removing the depth stop from a spinal plate path that extends along the interbody implant connector while the interbody spacer is connected to the interbody implant connector;
• and
• after the removing of the depth stop, sliding a spinal plate along the spinal plate path toward the interbody spacer while the interbody spacer is connected to the interbody implant connector and the depth stop is removed from the spinal plate path.

A method comprising:

• positioning a spinal interbody spacer using a spinal interbody implant inserter comprising a spinal interbody implant connector and a depth stop while the interbody implant connector is connected to the interbody spacer and while the depth stop is connected to the interbody implant connector;
• after positioning the interbody spacer, removing the depth stop from a spinal plate path that extends along the interbody implant connector;
• and
• sliding a spinal plate along the spinal plate path toward the interbody spacer while the interbody spacer is connected to the interbody implant connector and the depth stop is removed from the spinal plate path;
• wherein sliding the spinal plate comprises using a plate holder to hold the spinal plate and slide the spinal plate along the interbody implant connector toward the interbody spacer;
• wherein the sliding comprises sliding along a central axis, and wherein the plate holder inhibits rotation of the interbody implant connector and the spinal plate around the axis relative to the plate holder while sliding the spinal plate along the interbody implant connector toward the interbody spacer;
• and
• wherein the axis is a first axis, and wherein the method further comprises rotating the spinal plate relative to the interbody implant connector along a second axis that is different from the first axis while the spinal plate is held by the plate holder with the plate holder being positioned along the interbody implant connector.

A method comprising:

• positioning a spinal interbody spacer using a spinal interbody implant inserter comprising a spinal interbody implant connector and a depth stop while the interbody implant connector is connected to the interbody spacer and while the depth stop is connected to the interbody implant connector;
• after positioning the interbody spacer, removing the depth stop from a spinal plate path that extends along the interbody implant connector;
• sliding a spinal plate along the spinal plate path toward the interbody spacer while the interbody spacer is connected to the interbody implant connector and the depth stop is removed from the spinal plate path;
• and
• connecting the interbody implant connector to the interbody spacer, the connecting of the interbody implant connector to the interbody spacer comprising inserting a tip of the interbody implant connector into the interbody spacer in a disconnected position and rotating the interbody implant connector relative to the interbody spacer from the disconnected position to a rotational stop at a set connected position, wherein a spring biases the interbody implant connector to stay in the connected position.
