A device for automatically threading a guidewire into a valve and a fully-automatic angiographic robot are provided. The device includes a controller, a catheter driving mechanism, a guidewire driving mechanism, and a guidewire threading auxiliary assembly. The catheter driving mechanism has an angiographic valve body connected to a catheter. The guidewire driving mechanism includes a guidewire moving mechanism and a guidewire delivery mechanism mounted on the guidewire moving mechanism. In a working state, a guidewire is clamped by the guidewire driving mechanism and partially enters the guidewire threading auxiliary assembly. The controller obtains a guidewire threading instruction, controls the guidewire moving mechanism to move towards the catheter driving mechanism based on the instruction until part of the guidewire threading auxiliary assembly enters the angiographic valve body, and controls the guidewire delivery mechanism to advance the guidewire into the catheter. This eliminates need for manual operation on the guidewire.
