Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of medical devices, and provides a medical ultrasonic scalpel, a medical ultrasonic scalpel system, and a robot-assisted ultrasonic scalpel system. The medical ultrasonic scalpel includes a liquid flow sleeve (100) and a blade shank (200). The liquid flow sleeve (100) includes a sleeve body (101) and a first protruding part (102). The sleeve body (101) is provided with a mounting cavity (111) running through two opposite ends of the sleeve body (101), and the first protruding part (102) is located on an inner side wall of the sleeve body (101). The blade shank (200) runs through the mounting cavity (111), the blade shank (200) is pivotally connected to the liquid flow sleeve (100), the blade shank (200) and the liquid flow sleeve (100) are movable in an extension direction X, and an outer side wall of the blade shank (200) is provided with a second protruding part (202). When the liquid flow sleeve (100) rotates in a first rotation direction, the first protruding part (102) and the second protruding part (202) are offset from each other, so as to enable the liquid flow sleeve (100) to move in the extension direction X. When the liquid flow sleeve (100) rotates in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction, the first protruding part (102) abuts against the second protruding part (202), so as to drive the blade shank (200) to rotate in the second rotation direction. The medical ultrasonic scalpel implements the function of a wrench by means of the liquid flow sleeve, and reduces the number of tools used during assembly of the medical ultrasonic scalpel.
