Occlusive implant system

An occlusive implant system, comprising:

• an occlusive implant comprising an expandable framework configured to shift between a collapsed configuration and a deployed configuration, wherein the expandable framework comprises a proximal hub, a perimeter shoulder portion spaced apart radially outward from the proximal hub in the deployed configuration, and a proximal face extending from the proximal hub to the perimeter shoulder portion;
• and
• an occlusive covering secured to the proximal hub and the expandable framework;
• wherein the occlusive covering extends from the proximal hub, across the proximal face of the expandable framework, and over the perimeter shoulder portion to a plurality of side attachment points disposed along a laterally facing surface of the expandable framework;
• wherein the occlusive covering is secured directly to the proximal face of the expandable framework at a plurality of locations.

An occlusive implant system, comprising:

• an occlusive implant comprising an expandable framework configured to shift between a collapsed configuration and a deployed configuration, wherein the expandable framework comprises a proximal hub, a perimeter shoulder portion spaced apart radially outward from the proximal hub in the deployed configuration, and a proximal face extending between the proximal hub and the perimeter shoulder portion;
• and
• an occlusive covering extending radially outward from the proximal hub across the proximal face of the expandable framework;
• wherein the occlusive covering is mechanically secured to the proximal face of the expandable framework at a plurality of locations;
• wherein in the deployed configuration, each of the plurality of locations is disposed distal of the perimeter shoulder portion.
