Abstract
Systems and methods for tracking an evolution of a disease in a colon of a patient over time are configured for operations including receiving video data representing a colon of a patient; segmenting the video data into segments representing portions of a colon of the patient; extracting, from the video data based on the segmenting, a set of features representing locations in the colon of the patient; and registering the feature vector as representing the colon of the patient for tracking the evolution of the disease in the colon of the patient. The system can be configured to predict disease progression predict drug dosage for patients.

A system for tracking an evolution of a disease in a colon of a patient over time, the system comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- a memory storing instructions, that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- receiving video data representing a colon of a patient;
- segmenting the video data into segments representing portions of a colon of the patient;
- extracting, from the video data based on the segmenting, a set of features representing locations in the colon of the patient;
- and
- registering the set of features as representing the colon of the patient for tracking the evolution of the disease in the colon of the patient.
A system for tracking an evolution of a disease in a colon of a patient over time, the system comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- a memory storing instructions, that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- obtaining video data representing a colon of a patient;
- segmenting the video data into segments representing portions of the colon;
- detecting one or more features of the colon for each segment of the segments;
- generating, from the one or more features of the colon, a set of features representing the colon of the patient;
- and
- generating a timeline that tracks the evolution of the disease in the colon of the patient based on the set of features.
One or more non-transitory computer readable media storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
- receiving video data representing a colon of a patient;
- segmenting the video data into segments representing portions of a colon of the patient;
- extracting, from the video data based on the segmenting, a set of features representing locations in the colon of the patient;
- and
- registering the set of features as representing the colon of the patient for tracking an evolution of a disease in the colon of the patient.
