Fiber-reinforced air mattress and manufacturing process therefor

A fiber-reinforced air mattress, comprising a multilayer composite structure and a mattress body structure, wherein the mattress body structure comprises a surface layer, a fiber-reinforced layer and a bottom layer;

• and the fiber-reinforced layer is made of polyester fiber filaments, and the surface layer and the bottom layer are made of a polyvinyl chloride/thermoplastic polyurethane (PVC/TPU) composite material;
• wherein
• steps for preparing the PVC/TPU composite material are as follows:
• a step (1):
• placing aminated thermoplastic polyurethane into a film-forming mold and heating to a molten state, blending with a modified montmorillonite at a mass ratio of 100:3 to 6, performing supercritical CO2 saturation infiltration under conditions of 24 MPa to 26 MPa and 155° C. to 160° C. for 120 min to 180 min, and then performing a rapid pressure release to induce formation of a microporous structure with an average pore size of 50 μm;
• and keeping a temperature at 100° C. to 120° C. for 30 min to 50 min to eliminate internal stress, slowly cooling to 60° C. to 80° C. at a rate of 5° C./min to 7° C./min and holding for 40 min to 60 min to regulate crystallization behavior, and finally cooling to a room temperature to obtain a microporous thermoplastic polyurethane film with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm;
• a step (2):
• loading a modified tourmaline powder onto the microporous thermoplastic polyurethane film, placing the loaded film sample in a drying oven at 50° C. and drying for 6 h, heating to 80° C. and holding for 24 h, then heating to 130° C. and holding for 2 h, and finally cooling to room temperature to obtain a modified thermoplastic polyurethane film;
• and
• a step (3) etching a micron-scale dovetail groove array with a depth of 100 μm to 200 μm on a surface of the modified thermoplastic polyurethane film using a 35 W fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm and a laser scanning speed of 200 mm/s, and performing asymmetric hot-press bonding between the modified thermoplastic polyurethane film and a polyvinyl chloride fiber under a pressure of 0.5 MPa;
• wherein a temperature at a side of the modified thermoplastic polyurethane film is 160° C., a temperature at a side of the polyvinyl chloride fiber is 120° C., a diameter of the polyvinyl chloride fiber is 0.5 mm to 1 mm, a mass ratio of the modified polyurethane film to the polyvinyl chloride fiber is 2 to 3:2, and the pressure is maintained for 90 s to 150 s to obtain the composite surface layer material.
