A bag comprising:
- a top end and a bottom end opposite the top end;
- a main body extending from the top end toward the bottom end, the main body including a main storage compartment:
- a first wall disposed on a first side of the main body;
- a panel disposed adjacent the bottom end of the bag;
- one or more openings disposed in the panel;
- and
- at least one flow device attached to the first wall.

- a pocket attached to the at least one side panel;
