Abstract
An electronic device includes a substrate having opposite first and second sides, a first semiconductor die attached to the first side of the substrate, a second semiconductor die attached to the second side of the substrate, and a lead attached to the first side of the substrate and extending outward from a lateral side of the electronic device. A method of fabricating an electronic device includes attaching a substrate to a lead frame, attaching a first semiconductor die to a first side of the substrate, attaching a second semiconductor die to a second side of the substrate, and trimming and forming a lead of the lead frame.
